Client Care Manager

Positive Changes is looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused team member to care for our clients. We are seeking an individual that is personally committed to our mission of helping others. Our culture is defined by team members who are dedicated to ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience.  As a ‘manager of first impressions,” the Client Care Manager (CCM) is pivotal to our mission and serves as an ‘ambassador’ for our business by welcoming customers and guests into our Center.

  

Essential Job Functions

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience and must be technically proficient with the latest handheld device technology and must be experienced with Microsoft Office and be familiar with web-based CRM platforms.  Ideal candidates may have a background in sales, or experience in a call center or retail store.

Responsibilities

The Client Care Manager is responsible for creating positive customer experiences and providing the highest-levels of service and support to our clients and prospects.  Specifically, the CCM is responsible for speaking on the phone with prospective clients to share information about Positive Changes and providing friendly, welcoming service for clients in our Center. 

Inside Sales

  • Speak with prospective clients about their goals and confirm appointments for them to come to the Center for a free consultation with one of our sales consultants
  • Follow-up with on-line/web inquiries for our programs and book appointments for consultations
  • Uncover prospective client needs and interests by being a good listener and using friendly, empathetic questioning listening skills
  • Reconfirm and follow-up with prospective clients prior to their visit to ensure they have everything needed prior to their coming to our Center
  • Provide helpful service by answering questions and communicating with clients and/or prospects via live chat 

Client Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, being responsive to individual needs and providing helpful support
  • Maintain positive client relationships and assure overall customer satisfaction through their Positive Changes journey
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly way to respond to any client satisfaction issue in order to maintain their customer-first experience
  • Follow-up with clients who may have missed appointments or who have been inactive for a short period of time.
  • Promptly resolve issues to assure complete satisfaction
  • Build rapport with clients, listen to their needs, and encourage them to purchase Center product merchandise to support their program success

General Administrative Duties

  • Be a friendly voice, answering all the phones of a busy Center
  • Track all client activity in the Positive Changes CRM system
  • Accurately input client data and follow operational processes and procedures
  • Confirm client appointments and help manage their program schedules
  • Maintain a clean, fresh environment
  • Retrieve reports from the CRM and manage confidential client records
  • Support the needs of sales consultants and hypnotists
  • Participate in on-going training programs and staff meetings

 

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a customer support role
  • Superior customer service skills - must be friendly, enthusiastic, courteous, compassionate, patient and helpful
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be familiar with CRM platforms
  • Strong technical skills required; specifically, with handheld devices such as Apple and Android smart phones and tablets.  An essential job requirement is to seamlessly assist clients with setting up and navigating their personal accounts on their devices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment
  • College Degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate some weekend and evening schedules

Hypnotist – Life Coach

Regardless of current experience in hypnosis or life coaching, we will provide training in the Positive Changes Way and certify your skills as a hypnotist in our credentialed training program.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate is an individual who has an interest in serving others and typically has worked in nursing / care giving, community service/social work, yoga, fitness, coaching or education.

The role requires demonstrated success in helping individuals, being a positive member of a service-oriented team in an utmost professional manner.

Responsibilities

The Hypnotist works daily with clients in delivering personal hypnosis sessions, facilitating individual coaching sessions as well as leading group skill building classes.  

This is not a therapist role.  Your work guides clients to consider the issues they have today, while guiding them to consider a future of healthy living – what it will feel like and how it will be different.  

Your specific duties will include delivering personal hypnosis and coaching sessions as well as facilitating small group skill building classes.

Personal Hypnosis Sessions and Coaching for Positive Change

  • Understand client challenges and their individual goals for change

  • Utilize Positive Changes pre-session tools to prepare clients for a successful hypnosis session

  • Use the Positive Changes hypnosis process to help clients find new mindsets for healthful living

  • Actively listen to client needs and utilize the Positive Changes’ structured coaching process to support clients on their path of change

  • Coach clients to reframe and rethink their current circumstances, overcome any setbacks and stay focused on their future goals

Group Skill Building

  • Facilitate and lead small group sessions on topics such as self-confidence, positive thinking, and healthful living

  • Use rapport to build a positive sense of community and an encouraging, shared experience

General Duties

  • Welcome and assist clients, being responsive to individual needs and providing helpful support

  • Participate in staff meetings as well as on-going training programs, which are required to maintain your Positive Changes hypnotist certification

  • Ensure productivity through the efficient use of the Positive Changes CRM technology to track client progress and follow all Center operational policies

  • Maintain a positive, upbeat and professional demeanor at all times

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in working with individuals in support of good health, wellness, social service, education or life coaching with a consistent track-record of success with previous employers

  • Strong presentation and communication skills  

  • Strong sense of ethics to Positive Changes standards for client service, integrity and confidentiality

  • Ability to lead by example while maintaining respectful and positive interactions with staff and clients

  • Restful, calming voice and strong reading skills

  • Strong time management, administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook business software. Familiarity with Mind-Body software, a plus

  • Experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage business activities  

  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate evening and Saturday schedules

Sales Consultant

To support our growth, we are in search of a sales professional to lead our sales and business development efforts in Tucson.   

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate is a professional with 3-5 years of proven sales or client service experience in the health and wellness industry.  Great candidates have energetic compassion and the drive to enhance people’s lives.

At Positive Changes, building trusted customer relationships are as valued as strong closing skills.  We operate with our client’s best interests at heart. Therefore, we are seeking an individual that is personally committed to our mission of helping others.

Our extensive advertising and client testimonial marketing brings prospective clients to the Center that are very interested.  In the sales process, we carefully listen to client need in order to recommend a solution that will ensure their greatest success.  

Wage is base salary plus a highly leveraged commission plan without cap. This is an opportunity for part-time employment.

Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant is responsible for enrolling new clients in our programs and assuring an outstanding, customer-first experience.  

New Client Sales

  • Meet with prospective clients who come to the Center for a free consultation and information on our offerings

  • Understand specific client circumstances by using questioning and strong listening skills

  • Align client needs to a specific Positive Changes solution – handling any objections and using good closing skills to gain commitment

  • Follow-up with prospects via phone calls, emails and/or mailings to encourage enrollment

  • Accountable for the delivery of profitable revenue and weekly program enrollments  

 

Business Development Responsibilities

  • Support marketing events, by sharing knowledge and/or delivering presentations

  • Identify and develop potential sources of referrals from local business and/or the healthcare community

  • Maintain positive client relationships – from initial inquiry to consultation close-out to securing client testimonials

General Duties

  • Welcome and assist Center clients, being responsive to individual needs and providing helpful support

  • Participate in on-going training programs as well as weekly staff meetings

  • Ensure productivity through the efficient use of the Positive Changes CRM technology and by following Center operational policies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ consultative sales or client service experience in consumer or wellness environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across many types of personalities

  • A self-starter, who is goal oriented and maintains a can-do attitude

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills in order to overcome objections and secure the client’s commitment

  • Role model of professionalism that influences others to act based on their consistent, positive interactions

  • Demonstrates administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Outlook business software.  Familiarity with Mind-Body CRM platform, a plus.

  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate some evening schedules
