Nearly 10 years ago I experienced Hypnosis for the first time to quit smoking. After struggling for more then ten years, and trying everything to get off the cigarettes, I was defeated and fed up. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Shortly following my first hypnosis session I was done with cigarettes forever! Two years later, I was a certified hypnotherapist and completed my degree in nutrition. Since then I have used hypnoisis to overcome procrastination, low self-confidence, fear of failure, goal setting and motivation, stress and anxiety, memory and concentration, and most recently for hypno-facelift. Yes, hypnosis is good for the mind and body!
Hypnosis has given me the chance to live the life I always dreamed and the opportunity to share it with others.
