Sandra Gould - Franchise Operations
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Sandy is responsible for Lifestyle Improvement’s franchise operations, including legal, human resources and overall administration for the Positive Changes network. With 25 years of corporate experience, she has served and overseen the administrative functions of large to mid-sized companies in the health and wellness industry.
Sandy promotes Positive Changes growth by supporting new and existing franchisees in all aspects of their operations – whether related to onboarding, staffing, special projects or general procedures. Her focus is to assure that the right structures and supporting policies are in place for the sustained success of Positive Changes owners and their clients.
Sandy is a native of Columbus, Ohio. She has served as a General Manager for two Positive Changes outlets in the Columbus-area. Prior to joining Positive Changes, Sandy held positions at Cardinal Health and served as the Corporate Secretary for Drug Emporium, a national franchisor of a Drug Store Chain/pharmacies.
