The change in my behavior has helped my life become completely happy. I have more energy. I feel that people are happy to be around me. I feel more confident and I love life. My self-esteem is unbelievable. I just feel that I can accomplish anything that I set my mind to. I know it’s going to happen. I just have to stay focused and believe that it can be done.
My relationship with my husband has been fantastic. It’s gotten so much better. We have better communication. The house is full of energy and we’re happy to be around each other.
My relationships with my coworkers have improved. I feel like I get along with everyone there. I like to be around the people I work with and I really didn’t before. I find that I’m not as critical of other people’s different personalities. I find a way to adjust to some of the situations that may occur. I stop thinking negative thoughts and just continue on with positive thoughts. I’ve also noticed that they have been very receptive of that and I have such a better relationship with them.
I’ve also noticed that I have a better relationship with my daughters and my grandchildren. It seems like they are so much more open to talking with me. We actually sit and discuss things and have very good communication. I feel like I’ve bonded with them even more than I had before. I thought we had a very good bond before but I feel it’s so much more now. Our relationship has grown so much.
I chose Positive Changes because I actually work with someone who has been very inspirational to me. I have seen her in commercials and she’s so composed. She truly embodies what the program has given her. She’s so happy all the time, so positive, and she’s committed to her goals. She inspires me. That’s the reason I thought to look into it and here I am!
I would say my success is that I have a very happy life. I have goals that excite me and I’ve noticed that I’m very committed to those goals. I have become so much more patient in the sense that every day I know I’m going to get better. And every little step forward is going to end up to be exactly where I want to be in my life.
I actually started noticing changes from the first session that I had. I felt great. I felt confident in the sense that I internally felt wonderful. I felt like I was important and necessary in this world and I didn’t have that before. I didn’t feel that I was important. That is the biggest change that I’ve noticed. It makes me rather emotional. I just can’t believe that I never realized how important I am to myself and to the people who love me. I’ve realized it’s important that I love myself and I have found every day that I am thankful to be who I am.
I never realized when people actually noticed the changes until my coworker, the person who inspired me, said that people have been telling her that they noticed that I am happier, more relaxed, friendly, and inspiring as well. I was very surprised but it was so nice to hear that confirmation from her. I am bubbly and excited about every day.
I think that I’ve made a lot of strides in my ambitions and in my wanting to be a better person. I really believe that my family has noticed that. Although I felt that I was a good person before, I have noticed that I have been able to just let go of the things that I didn’t think other people were doing that I thought they should be doing. I let it go. I don’t let it bother me. People are noticing that I don’t get myself upset about the injustice that I see in others. That’s a big thing. That’s a very big thing and I feel very good about that accomplishment.
I tell people about Positive Changes Hypnosis. I am a true believer in hypnosis and have actually shared some of my accomplishments, things that I felt I’ve achieved or felt that it’s helped me with. I love to try and inspire people because I know it really works. I want that for them as well.
I have had so many good results with Positive Changes in so many different aspects of my life. I can’t say enough about the wonderful things I’ve experienced through this program. It is so, so different than what I experienced before. I feel that I have so much support here that I know I can contact if I need extra help. I can listen to the sessions that I’m sent home with over and over again. Just when I feel like I need a pick me up I’ll go listen to one just to reinforce the positive conditioning that I think I needed.
I listened diligently to the morning and evening CD’s. I also listened to my personal session at least once a day during the week, sometimes twice. And definitely on the weekend I would listen at least 3 times. I felt like I had the iPad on all day. I was motivated to be dedicated.
I notice that I am now really focusing on my health. I am eating better and I don’t eat as many sweets. I have goals to do a marathon so I am exercising every day now. I am focused on exercising and eating healthy. It’s all contributed to the happiness I feel and the energy that I have every day.
I am involved in activities every day. In fact, I use the elliptical and walk during my lunch hour and on my breaks. I do Pilates. I’m very physically active now and I’m eating healthier but I also take the time to relax and wind down. I feel it is so important to have that time to just feel peaceful and relax. I also love art. I’m going to start painting and doing more creative things that I had just kind of set aside. I am now motivated to do things I haven’t done in a long time. I get to do the things that I love. I’ve been inspired to do more creative things. The program has been great for me in that respect.
I do believe this is going to be a permanent change for me because I’m going to make this a lifestyle change. It’s such a natural thing. I don’t have to think about it anymore. It just happens. That is where my mind is going. I can also identify when it’s not going that way so I can adjust and make the changes necessary to get back on the right track. I really love the way I feel. I don’t want to feel different than that. I don’t want to be back where I was before. I love the changes in myself. I don’t think there will be any changes to that. In fact, I know there won’t be. I don’t have to think it because I know it.
I think the program has helped me develop the person that I want to be. I actually love myself. That was something that was very hard for me to say before. I feel that I was given another chance to be able to really find who I am, and who I wanted to be. I’m so grateful for that. I don’t think I could have ever done it without the help of the Positive Changes program, and of course, my personal hypnotist. I’m very appreciative of that.
I most definitely recommend Positive Changes. In fact, I recommend it to people all the time. I know that not everybody believes in hypnosis but I want to inspire them to believe in it because I am the result of the hard work and dedication that I’ve put forward. However, I could never have done it without the help and guidance of the program. There are so many people out there who don’t realize there’s help available. They go through their lives unhappy and miserable, but there’s an alternative to that! Positive Changes offers that alternative. I recommend Positive Changes to people even though they may not be open to it. I just might find that one person who has an open mind and is looking for something like this program. Go for it! The program will definitely help you. You have to make an effort and you need to commit yourself, but the help is there. Believe you can accomplish it and you will. Make the decision. Make the change.
I feel the cost of the program is fine. I don’t think it’s too much. Nothing could be too much for the benefits I have gained. How can you put a price tag on feeling fantastic? It’s priceless.
